Safety & AI Policy

• A non-dismissible label, AI-generated character · not a real person, sits on screen for the entire length of every session. There is no setting that removes it.
• Every character card, on every page, is tagged AI-generated before you ever open a session.
• Characters do not claim to be human, and do not claim professional credentials. If you ask a character whether it is a real person, it tells you it is not.
• This applies to any future feature, including generated video. Synthetic media produced here will carry a visible label at all times, in line with the EU AI Act's transparency obligations and app-store disclosure rules.

This is the commitment we designed the product around, so it is worth being specific about how it is enforced rather than merely promised:

• All 9 portraits are generated illustrations of fictional adults, created without photographs or real-person references. Images are hosted on this site, with a vector illustration fallback.
• Face swapping, likeness cloning and voice cloning are not features that exist here. There is no upload, so there is nothing to swap a face onto.
• Characters based on celebrities, streamers, politicians or any identifiable private individual are prohibited by the Terms of Service, and asking a character to impersonate one is refused in character.
• User-created characters are deliberately not available. Opening them up is what turns an anti-impersonation promise into a moderation problem, and we will not ship it until we can moderate it.
• If you believe anything here resembles you, write to [email protected]. We acknowledge likeness reports within one business day and will change or remove the character rather than argue about it.

• The site is for people 18 and over. A confirmation appears on your first visit and your answer is kept on your own device.
• Every character has a written, stated adult age, the youngest on the roster is 29. Not one persona is a child, a teenager or a student-age figure, and none ever will be.
• Sexual content is out of scope for this service entirely. This is not an adult-content site with filters on top; there is no sexual roleplay layer underneath.
• Any attempt to sexualise a minor, real or fictional, is refused immediately, ends the exchange, and is grounds for a permanent block. We report credible child-safety threats to the appropriate authorities.

Before a character sees your message, it is checked against a filter covering self-harm and suicide, sexual content, child safety, serious violence, impersonation of real people, and requests for medical diagnosis. When something matches, the character stops performing and answers plainly instead.

For messages suggesting you may be in danger, the session shows crisis resources rather than continuing the scene:

These characters are fiction. They are not therapists, doctors or crisis counsellors. They are not a substitute for professional care, and the AI companion page says so before you start a session.
