Everything on this site is answered by one email address, read by a human. There is no ticket queue to get lost in and no chatbot standing in front of it.

Report a character or a response
If a character says something harmful, breaks its own stated limits, or looks like it resembles a real person, tell us which character and roughly what was said. We will pull the character if needed.

If you believe any artwork, name or persona on this site depicts you or infringes your rights, write to us with the page URL and what specifically is at issue. We do not require a lawyer to be involved to look into it.

Recovering a conversation. Sessions run in your browser and are never sent to us, so once you close one it is genuinely gone. There is no copy on our side to retrieve. Copy anything you want to keep before you close the session.
Emergencies. This inbox is not monitored around the clock and is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or one of the crisis lines listed here.
